Journey leadership

Every published departure identifies its intended leader in advance. Selected departures are led by Chandru Ramesh; other departures are led by qualified Bhumivox historians. In the rare event the intended leader changes, confirmed travellers are notified. We do not claim or guarantee that every Bhumivox journey is personally led by Chandru Ramesh.

Pricing and availability

Prices displayed on the Website are indicative and subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Availability shown on the Departures & Calendar page is updated regularly but is not a guarantee — seat confirmation occurs only when the reservation payment is made.

5 · Third-Party Services and Content

Our journeys are delivered in partnership with third-party service providers — including hotels, transport operators, local guides, temple authorities, cultural performers and heritage-site custodians. While we select these partners with care, we do not directly control their conduct or standards.

Bhumivox is not liable for the acts, omissions or standards of independent third parties beyond our reasonable control. Any complaint regarding a third-party service will be raised by us on your behalf where reasonable, but does not create a direct contractual relationship between you and that third party through Bhumivox.

We monitor government travel advisories, weather patterns and safety conditions across the regions we operate in. However, we are not a substitute for official sources.

Travellers — especially international travellers — are encouraged to consult:
